2023/24 season was an incredible season for Truro 4th XI. The squad finished a very close second in their league earning them a well deserved promotion to Piran 1 and narrowly missed out on silverware in the Cornwall Plate Final to a very strong Penzance 2nd XI.
The team has a blend of youth and experience and the mission is simple. To prepare young talent for progression through to 3rd, 2nd and 1st XI’s over the coming seasons, whilst providing a conduit for future young stars to perform.
The squad will have a senior captain and a junior vice captain and the younger members of the team will have equal say with regards to playing systems and decisions – helping them to develop these skills further as they progress through the season.
