The team has a blend of youth and experience and the mission is simple. To prepare young talent for progression through to 3rd, 2nd and 1st XI’s over the coming seasons, whilst providing a conduit for future young stars to perform.
The squad will have a senior captain and a junior vice captain and the younger members of the team will have equal say with regards to playing systems and decisions – helping them to develop these skills further as they progress through the season.
